How did the cooking quests get so bugged?

Exactly HOW do both quests get bugged the exact same way?
I collect everything I need for both the Westfall Stew and Blood Sausage, and they're both f*cked.
GG, wasted my time on quests that'll be grey by the time they get fixed.

There are some quests like that, and all they require you to do is drop them, start them again, and turn in the items.

Just turned in westfall stew not 15 mins ago with no issues

dude, chill. Drop the quest and pick it back up ( you won't lose your items). I remember stuff like this happening in vanilla all the time.

It seems this kind of issue is happening after server crashes or if you have been kicked from the server.
