Greetings everyone. I wrote about my problem earlier, but still can't log in my acc. Recently knew about changing the pass while playing the game. Guess it's the only way I could be hacked. Moreover I can see someone plays on my main acc everyday! System of resetting the password doesn't work, as you can see. Could I please ask some of GM's maybe to temporary ban my account, so I could reset the pass within 2 days?

I will save you some time, chief. The GM is going to tell you that your account is your own responsibility and that they do not ban an account to help retrieve passwords. Sorry, bud.

So, if they not ban any stolen acc, just tell that you have traded/purchased or any other thing that infringe the terms of use. You will never get your acc back, but at last the motherfucker will not have an free leveled account. (but he will have all your mats and gold transferred to others acc before the ban...so, in the end, does he win?)

Is there a way to reset your password without being on your account? I think my account has been stolen too...I can connect on a different account but mine simply states: Unable to connect. I have not given out my password to anyone....this sucks
