Recently, I've been getting this weird glitch where certain spell effects (specifically the ones in the pictures) wont go away during AV. They remain there the entire match, and will stay through other matches until I restart the client. Once a bunch of these effects are still up they cause my frame rate to drop ridiculously (down to 10-20fps from a solid 60 normally). I'm running on a GTX 560 with latest drivers installed.
I've tried clearing my WTB folder, which seems to help for the first AV match I play, but the problem still persists. Also, I've tried a new client, but the same thing happens.
