[BUG] Pickpocket

Pickpocket gives way too much coin. I've seen this on most of the servers out there. Pickpocketing a defias in northshire can yield up to 40 copper, while the mob drops under 10. Correct me if i'm wrong but mobs are supposed to be pickpocketable for roughly the amount they drop.

Also, murlocs are pickpocket-able, and non pickpocket-able creatures should display the "target has no pockets to pick" or similar mesage (wich should also be the case for murlocs)

You're right, Pick Pocketing seems to be a bit beefy.

Regarding Murloc though, shouldn't all humanoids be pick-pocketable, and thus Murlocs too (regardless of the actual presence of "pockets" on the creature itself roleplay-wise) ?

I even got 70 copper off the gnolls in elwyn. Imagine doing pickpocket runs in high level dungeons (multiply the amount drop by 2x-7x to imagine the yield) On most private servers that had this issue, rogues always did very good with mounts. needless to say that affects the economy to some extent.
I distinctly recall murlocs not being pickpocketable as the error message reads "..has no pockets". while not a dealbreaker for me personally, we want it as blizzlike as possible, right?

Yes, we do. I was getting 70 copper picks too. It's a good way to make money but I don't believe I will abuse it.

Another thing of note: while in a party, what's pickpocketed SHOULD not get shared between party members - it went only to the rogue on blizz..

I think the Devs will need a trustworthy source for this.

Anyway, /bump for the PP initial bug, it gives too much money and is likely to be exploited by rogues :(
