Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Recently I completed the quest "Proving Grounds" on my druid. Looking around I see other people with their Stormpike Insignias of different ranks. I searched my entire inventory but could not find mine. I am 5000/6000 Friendly with the Stormpike Guard. I am wondering if this is a case of having one space in your inventory for a quest rewarding two items. This has happened before but Nostalrius does nothing to assist with items lost/not received due to the bug. Isn't there some kind of replacement dialogue for Stormpike Insignia?

Ok, I just hit honored now and I have a quest for the next Rank of insignia, but I dont have the previous rank. There has to be some option to get another like in retail.

My warr is exalted and still can't upgrade his Rank 3 Insignia to max. The quests are not available at AV entrance, or AV itself.

But I don't even have an insignia. I don't know about horde, but I have seen alliance with rank 6 insignia

For Rank 3 to Rank 4? Am already 999/1000 and can't upgrade from Rank 3 at ALL. Let alone, Rank 6. The quests aren't there.

That's great, but I didn't even get an insignia. I put a ticket in, but GMs probably will just say they can't do anything, which is BS.
