Major FPS Drop, but only when I move

Been playing for a little while on Nostalrius but only just recently my game has been having FPS issues.
If my character is at a standstill, I'm easily getting 60-120 FPS at all times. The second I start running, my FPS drops to 15. It only recently started doing this and I have no idea how to fix it.
Please help ):

I'm kind of surprised it took so long to (not) get a reply. I figured out the issue was leveling in STV and keeping my questing addon toggled with a full quest log.

Likely memory leak from too many adfons and/or not enough memory available from hardware to support game + add-ons.

I started having this problem as well and it seemed tied to Stranglehorn Vale.
I ran back into Duskwood and the problem immediately went away!
Ran back into STV and problem immediately returned.
Just to be clear on what I'm witnessing:
Standing still and looking around everything is smooth. The second I start moving (forward, back, side to side) frame rate drops dramatically. Even if I look straight down at the grass, frame rate is still affected when I move.
This seems to be an STV problem

solved for me. It was the addon Questie. It was only happening in STV, but when I disabled Questie it went away
