This is what I defend, people who abuse fixed spawn timers deserve the ban, you realize that on ED I had a guy in my guild who controled a shitton of BL spawns, he made ALOT of gold, now think how much gold sells for in nostalrius and we aren't really talking about virtual currency, there's people who are abusing fixed spawns ( I'm sure that other nodes are on fixed spawns aswell ) and making a huge profit out of it, ruining the chance for normal gatherers to get those nodes, in turn reducing the amount of gold the average gatherer will gain just for pure private profit (Ingame or IRL).
Everyone with the knowledge of a fixed spawn that doesn't report it to GMs, and ACTIVELY abuses it deserves a perma ban for exploiting, if you can't understand that this is different than DM farming / Mara farming / tribute farm or even normal gathering you are delusional or purposly not seing the bigger picture, maybe because it doesn't suit you, where I'm from we have an expression, roughly translated : "Each one see's what they want" and thats exactly how I view the people protesting against these bans, there are however things that the nost staff is at fault, 1st is by not fixing the spawns, 2nd by not making this CRYSTAL CLEAR.
All these attempts to try and make this look like something it isn't are pathetic, I truly hope nost doesn't unban anyone who actually abused / abuses this problems, you ruin the server economy, you ruin the chance for other people to gather the spawns.
To the people saying 45mins is blizzlike that's the most bullshit thing I ever heard, along the years of WoW blizz made more and more measures to ensure that stuff like this woulnd't happen, and that's precisely why the gold selling market has been dying for some years now, (in TBC / Wrath the lotus of the expansions were rare drops from high level herbalism picks in order to combat this).
If after this you don't understand, then you need to get your head out of your ass.
