Is AV fishing still bannable offense?

I remember reading a thread about that, but I think the person was banned for fishing in AB (not AV). But the implication in the thread was that he was doing it every game for hours, and other players reported him for it. Essentially he was banned for not playing the battleground.
I'd suggest opening an in-game ticket asking this to be sure. Then make sure you screenshot the answer if the response is that it is "OK" to fish in AV.
