Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello, first of all i would like to say this is a wonderful server and so far my experience is great but i have this problem since install...
I have deleted both wdb and wtf file and it still exists.
It only happens for player characters, not npcs, and sometimes my own characters portrait is broken some not.
Its not something major but it bothers me more than it should
