Artisan Alchemy on Horde

Hi all,

The other day I went to train Artisan level Alchemy in Stonard, Swamp of Sorrows. Went I clicked the button to train the Artisan skill, my 4g was taken, but no level increase was given and the ability to still train the Artisan level is still available. I made a post about this on the bug tracker, but nothing has been said or done yet confirming whether or not my issue was even viewed, so I decided to make a post on the forums for the sake of increased exposure.

My character is Kizash
level 44 Orc Shaman

Happened the exact same thing to me (character: Vacalouca). Is it fixed? As it is the only alchemy trainer that can teach 225+ it would be good to have it working properly :)

Greetings,

we are aware of the issue. A work-around is to close your game client, delete your WDB folder (make sure there are files inside it first) and then talk to the NPC again. Unfortunately we do not refund lost money.

Hey,

I've tryed what you said (deleting the WDB with files on it) and it still doesnt work. This time i tryed on a alchemy récipe (80s) not to lose the 4g again -.-'.
Can't you give the alchemy 225+ directly to the player? How long it will take to fix this?

Greetings,

unfortunately we do not hand out skills or spells to players. If the problem appears again, the workaround that I outlined above has to be done again.
