Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

The Blacklfathom Depths quest "Amongst the Ruins" isn't working correctly as only 1 person gets the Fathom Core item and it despawns for the rest as it is looted and the Aquious boss spawns.

Edit: The core seems to respawn after 10 minutes.
Edit 2: The object from the Fathom Core spawn "Strange Water Globe" seems to not be working either since if you right-click to accept the quest it says "You don't meet the requirements for this quest"

Confirmed, quest item "Strange water globe" doesnt let you accept the quest.

According to someone, the quest should be kept in your inventory till level 29(?) and then u can accept it.

This was a bug i've seen on other private servers as well, pretty sure Feenix had it as well. Its likely just a "level Requirement" is off, as it should clearly be lower than lvl 29
