Hello, I was just wondering if whatever I got banned for... is it permanent or will I get my account/character back? When I logged in, it said "Forbidden gold transactions"

You bought/sold gold. They have a zero-tolerance policy regarding this.

Yes. Buying/selling gold is always a permanent ban.

How do you go and stupidly buy gold then not know why you're banned. #commonsense
