My AV rep reset to NEUTRAL with the last roll back.

So I, like many others, have been grinding av all day since thursday. I started at honored on thursday and as of 10 minutes ago I was around 17000/21000. With the last roll back I logged back in to see that Stormpike reputation bar was COMPLETELY gone and I now had a Frostwolf rep bar in my tab, that read hated. I thought it was a visual bug so I joined up in an AV and talked to an NPC and it said I'm not neutral with Stormpike. Checking my reputation tab again I saw that it was correct. My reputation completely reset.

Can someone PLEASE fix this. I don't have a lot of free time and I had this weekend free for the sole purpose and burning out av rep. I won't be able to do this again for 3 weeks and I have no idea if I'll be free at that time. Please help me!

I put in an in game ticket and recieved a reply several hours later that said they don't grant in game services, but it's pretty obvious something is broken if you look at my gear, the av items I have and the neutral with 3 reputation I have with stormpike. This isn't granting a service it's fixing something you guys broke.

I can vouch with my account for Serpentsting, we played most of the AV's together, he has no reason to lie.

I just spoke with another gm in game and was told that there's nothing HE can do to fix this problem, that he can't simply IGNORE the terms of use for one player. That has nothing to do with this situation, the server itself broke my reputation and that's a mistake on the part of the server, I lost over 30+ hours of game play in alterac valley due to this this is YOUR FAULT
