One time is bearable, but twice..? In a day? Come on :(

As a rogue, its extremely hard to get groups(obviously), but when you finally do, and your BiS item drops...AND you win it..thats the time of the day you really dont want a server rollback...
Well, thats what happened last night...TWICE.
I get a superb grp for Strat UD, and in the end I'm lucky and get Bonescraper drop. I know it's not BiS, but its alot better than my 32dps offhand green...Super happy, about the win, and the run in general, we disband group and start Hearth back to org to try get an ubrs grp going...---Not happening, stuck on hearthstone animation and boom, kicked off the server...When I finally get to log back in, I'm outside baron room and door is locked. No Bonescraper in my bags...
I GET this, it is OK...But when the EXACT thing happens, with my Dal'Rend Mainhand from UBRS group only 2-3hours later, then that is NOT ok... Seriously, DR MH is a big deal for a rogue, and I really cant take this twice in a row...Atleast show me some mercy for the MH..I have a screenshot of the weapon in my bag, as I feared what was happening when game froze up...

Rend had despawned and gate was locked, the event would not start again, so we didnt even get a chance to maybe get lucky a second time around...
Really, this stuff kills my motivation for Nostalrius..After finally hitting 60 and trying getting groups together, when I finally get a successfull drop, and a winning roll...The server takes it away from me.
Come on, please help me out on this one...I have made a ticket ingame, but no answers yet.
I have read that you dont reimburse blue quality weapons, but this seriously shouldnt happen twice in the same night to the same person...who finally got lucky on rolls.
