Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello. I was questing in Northern Barrens doing a quest called "Samoplange" I completed all required tasks and then when it came time to take it back to town for my reward, it said I wasn't eligible for that quest and won't allow me to grab it or even see it now. Can I get assistance with this?

I went back at level 13 and it worked. Guess I was too low for the final.
