Mail doesnt received

hello,

at sunday morning i sent 32 items from my bank character to the main char - but i only received 11 of those items. the items was sent with a "mass mail" addon. i think the missing 21 items are stuck in a third dimension.

The ingame name of the bank char is "kernbank" and the receiver should be "Rhyanne". It was the 20. septembre at 12:30 (estimated).

Can someone help with this issue ?

Not sure if they will restore items lost in mail due to an addon. Maybe they will. But I wouldn't get your hopes up.
