[Bug] Echeyakee Taming

First of i know im not supposed to post bugs here but on the bug tracker, but for some reason it wont send me a account activation mail. So because of that im just posting it here, maybe some one else can make a bug tracker issue for it because cant seem to get activated on the tracker.
Also there is already an issue posted there https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/tracker/?aid=2094, so maybe a simple attachment to that issue will do aswell.

Information:

One of kind tamable Cat, quite a pain to tame at low level since the quest item is consumed upon use and its a high trafic area. The tame beast skill works on the cat, but upon finishing nothing happens and the cat will proceed to kill you. This used to be a popular hunter pet because of its unique skin, i had this beast as well on my orc hunter during vanilla. All details can be found in the comments (wh comments) on the linked pages about this quest and the NPC in question, sadly enough they dont go further back then 1.12.2 though.
Ima skip this quest untill it fixed, kinda want to remake my orc hunter like i had on the retail server before TBC hit it.

I have now seen atleast 4 hunters with this beast tamed, all around the same level as me currently (19-24ish).

I now also tryed to clear my cached files (athough it was a clean install from the installer linked in the getting started topic), and tried again while being atleast 4 level higher then the Echeyakee. So far i still cant get it to tame, kinda frustrating tbh even though its not that trivial to begin with.
