Our guild named Death Angel, and the server disconnected while we just finished Majordomo Executus , then the leaf（the hunter epic weapon） was disappeared after we logged in. the raidid is 478

No chance to get this item back. Loot which is not assigned to someone will not be restored. There are serveral posts about that and one with a reply of a GM.

Loot has to be assigned to a character otherwise it cannot be restored.

Even if it was assigned you need a screen shot of the loot and the raid ID in the same window.

We lost the whole chest two days ago.
