Player "Svet" was abusing a safespot in Gadgetzan, attacking players without aggroing the guards.

Nothing wrong with being outside of a guards aggro range yet in perfect LOS, blocked or not.

Blizzard clearly intended to prevent PvP combat within the town walls. Standing in a "perfect" spot to bypass guard aggro is called "safespot abuse" and is against the rules on pretty much every server ever.

You could and still can do the exact same methods in retail WoW. Don't be blind and ignorant. Standing on building rooftops, etc. are what's illegal and abusive. Welcome to past 9+ years of WoW.

Just because it's possible doesn't mean it's legal. It was possible to bug underneath Ironforge, or get into Hyjal, but it'd get you banned.

Being beyond any mobs aggro range, whether blocking LOS or out in the open, is not illegal, unless it pertains to explicit z-axis/y-axis mob pathfinding blocking. Lol, are you high? How can you even compare those!
