Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

First time player. I log in, choose a server, it kicks me out and says disconnected. Now as soon as I log in it says disconnected.

Remove this line from Config.wtf in your WTF-folder and try again, make sure you close the game first.

I am receiving the EXACT same problem. I will Login with confirmed account and password. It will have me pick a server which is pretty much suggested for me, everything seems legit then it zips though all the "authenticating" "handshaking".. Even says "Success" just a split second before it says "Disconnected"

Then every time I try to login it will just jump through that line of boxes again(authenticating, handshaking, success, disconnect) and leave me at a sad login screen

Bump. Still suffering this problem. Anyone else? Any suggestions? Anyone suffering this problem find af fix?

my bro is having the same problem. He is running windows 8, are you as well? Just trying to find something in common. Same thing, he logs in, and right before char select, immediate DC. Anyone else got an idea, the fix posted in this forum doesn't work for him.

I'm on windows 7. Every hour or so(It is random, not exactly timed) it will let me get to the server select again.. But after selecting my server immediate disconnect, followed by immediate disconnects again.

Okay, I fixed the problem, feel kind of silly.. but I will share incase it is a similar issue. Okay my problem was the client was auto-choosing me a server, and I was assuming the server was the right one. I didnt know there were others to choose from. I had to select to see the server's list to select Nostalrius. I'm in like Flint! And no work tomorrow! BOOM
