Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Questing in Darkshore, handed in Buzzbox 411 after competition and thereafter went to pick up the Buzzbox 323 quest, however, at the time I unknowingly did not meet the requirements for the quest after attempting to accept it. Thus it disappeared and I have not been able to re-accept the quest as it no longer appears on the mechanical contraption.

In short, I am looking for somebody to add Buzzbox 323 into my quest log as there is no possible way to pick up the quest again.

EDIT: You MUST be 13 to get this quest, when you turn in Buzzbox 411 as a level 12. It offers you the next quest, but when you try and accept it denies you. Get to 13, go back to the Buzzbox and grab it
