Lost robe of archmage pattern and skills crash september 24

I spent all day leveling tailoring, purchased the robe of the archmage pattern and crafted it only to have the server crash 2 mins after I completed it. When I returned I was surprised to find that my tailoring was 298, I had lost all the mats that I used to get from 298-300. Thankfully I kept the mats for robe of the archmage, however I lost my robe, lost the pattern! and lost the skill points.

I spent a lot of gold on all this I'd really like my pattern back.

I have contacted a GM in game nothing, He just referred me to the ToU which only touch base on raid item restoration.

However I have a screenshot that shows me creating the loot, shows the time , and blatantly shows me losing it due to the roll back.

i encountered a similar problem, i went to a moonwell to craft another mooncloth and noticed that the skill was gone

we do not restore lost items, regardless of the reason for losing them. The only exception are raid-level epics with strong proof required.
