Hey,

while looting Vaelastrasz the Corrupt the server was crashed.

we were able to loot the first 2 items - when we wanted to take the last the server was crashing.

after the crash vaelastrasz was gone

I have a screenshot of the missing item, ca$h, raid and Raid-ID.

The Red Dragonscale Protector should looted from "Jovaina" - please set this Item to "Jovaina".

The 158gold should be to "Rhyanne" (alone, please not shared with the whole raid)

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

You only have three of those four fulfilled, therefore they will not restore loot.

As there is no date ingame it was not possible to put that on the screenshot. You can however see the date from the file date. You can as well see your raid logs here: http://realmplayers.com/RaidStats/Fight ... 08&Fight=8

Those clearly show the date, raid, loot and everything else.

The item nor the gold did not get looted to anyone, hence it cannot be restored...

So in THE SAME RAID you received Bloodfang bracers, all the razorgore gold, bloodfang belt, and the vael gold? What kind of guild are you running?

I am not sure how that is relevant for the items, but he is forwarding the money to the guild bank for raid mats and such. Aside from that he is also a rogue, that's why he took the bloodfang.

is this relevant ? we take the money for raid-mats.

on realmplayers a GM can see the whole loot, the date, the time and the raid ID. so what is missing ?
