Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

<Pantheon> killed rag as server went down. We lost all loot off Rag. Every night at around 0400 server time there are massive lag spikes that coincide perfectly with US raid times.

We were unable to kill Razorgore several times as the server would lag and 10+ adds would be alive and running around as server came back. The server is increasingly unstable during NA raid times, and we experienced this same problem on Feenix.

This week was a rough week for our guild and even if you don't refund the loot it would be nice for a reply on this informing the NA playerbase that you will do something about the 0350-0410 lag spike that means a 100% wipe in BWL.

Item refunds

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.

If nobody received loot, they cannot restore it. Read the terms.

consistancy doesnt seem to be one of the strongsuits of GM's we had video, screen and distrubuted loot on our Chromaggus kill before yet another rollback and didnt get shit restored.
