Other players warp when moving

Hey guys, been having this exact same issue with every vanilla wow private server I've played on. When I observe other players movements, they often look like they are warping, glitching, rubberbanding around. I found an example video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6YlqGtW ... age#t=1685), notice the mage in the back and then the shaman.
It's a really annoying issue for me, I have tried playing through different computers, changing graphics settings, switching OpenGL and Direct3D, etc etc... nothing works. I believe it is a server-side issue, but many players when asked ingame say they have not noticed this. Would be great if someone can shed some light on the issue or perhaps provide a solution.

Thanks!

I can tell you that warping players is a common issue on private servers, but im really impressed as how there were about 400 people in front of me and not even one warping at release. I played in my old laptop this weekend in another city and today in my desktop with cable conection at home and i have not seen any problem with warping.

I do not lag at all, everything ingame is smooth. I'm in NYC with ~100 ms. To say that its other players that are lagging then, seems not the case, as I notice this visual error with any and every player, given I focus on him for a bit. The warp/fidget doesn't look like an effect caused by lag, more so a graphical, technical issue, at least I think. Hope anyone could help me.

Warping issues means that you OR the players you see got desynchronization problem with the server.
People are playing right now from all over the world. Don't except everyone to have the same ping as you :)

I believe this issue is more prevalent than people think. Just look CLOSELY through videos .. you'll find it happening for sure, in some more prevalent than others of course.

This issue only happens with 1.12.1 version. On later expansions of wow, this issue does not occur even on the slightest level. I believe it is a server-side issue; the movement system needs to be checked.
