Hacked!

Greetings , my account was hacked.. Oh my God.. all my gold and my character is gone. Someone made a new char with name "Limpywashere". A lot of people told me that got hacked too.. What is going on?? Can you do something? Noone new my password. I have antivirus , i didnt download anything.. Please do something. Thanks

Greetings Tyrael , this is not fair because i was the only one that knew my account and password. Furthermore i searched my computer for viruses or keyloggers. I was searching 2 hours and nothing was found. Its all clear. Please investigate it and help me out. Thanks a lot!
