Hacked!

Greetings , my account was hacked.. Oh my God.. all my gold and my character is gone. Someone made a new char with name "Limpywashere". A lot of people told me that got hacked too.. What is going on?? Can you do something? Noone new my password. I have antivirus , i didnt download anything.. Please do something. Thanks

They don't do restorations of this nature. Also, edit out your account name.

Players are responsible for the security of their accounts. We do not restore items or characters that were lost due to a compromise. It will however be investigated.

Greetings Tyrael , this is not fair because i was the only one that knew my account and password. Furthermore i searched my computer for viruses or keyloggers. I was searching 2 hours and nothing was found. Its all clear. Please investigate it and help me out. Thanks a lot!
