Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Greetings!

I made a report that was confirmed a few weeks ago, the quests in wpl and epl (Argent Dawn) quests weren't rewarding me horde reptuation at all. I also noticed this affected all the quests which gives +horde reputation, in Alterac Valley for example.

I was just wondering if this issue has been fixed?
As a player who wants to grind the reputation in with the troll city, it's a shame if this reputation was wasted.

I would really like to know though, if it's green light to finish all the argent dawn quests in WPL?
If I'd finish them with the bugged honor gain, I will probably miss out on like 4000 troll reputation.
