Magixa has actually been doing this for days now, I have screenshots I can upload from my PC when I get home.
The level of whining about bans on the forums is at an all time industrial level.

You can access the ticket system by clicking on the red question mark located to the right in the interface bar. Keep in mind that if a GM is unable to reach you in-game or if the issue does not require further information, the GM will respond with an in-game mail.
