(Warlock) Extremely annoying Bug in raids

As you know, in raids Shadowburn debuff on live was kept by Blizzard as one of the few debuffs with priority, there were never situations where you couldnt get your shard back in raids, even with the 8 slot debuff. But here, you get your shard back once in a blue moon, it gets overwritten when it should have priority, please fix.
