Forum Account Closure

For personal reasons, I may need to close my forum account in the future. Understanding the security concerns the staff has with not deleting banned characters and the staff does not 'free' up names on the server, I would like to know if I can request a forum account closure with or without a proper procedure since this does not affect my character in-game by any means. Names on the forum are more disposable than in-game as well.

If not, I would like to know if there's any amount of money I could pay to purge all of my posts on the forum when the time comes.

Personal reasons. Although I understand there's google cache and cloudflare cache for the pages, live content is what I'm aiming for.
