why I got banned?

Hello,Dear Game masters.I want to know why i received ban?I was farming DM East,killing flowers etc for sell and got lockboxes in loot which i sent to my friend,he's unlocked it to me and sent the items back,where was the rule that i can't mail the items,please tell me,thanks!

What kind of infractions i commited?Me and the character which i sent boxes are different people,so i didn't commited any kinds of infractions,maybe that guy did it,can u check the logs maybe(IP adress etc and tell me the real reason,thanks

Hello! First of all - this guys is not guilty. I'm a person, which played on Yagodka and Flasheal. I've got banned today for "hacking" this evening. I was caught by GM, when farming DM east, using software(teleport hack). Wildjo just sending me some of their Mithrill lockboxes(which dropped from DM east), cause Yagodka can unlock it. Wildjo didn't know, what i'm "cheater". I just know this guy from other vanilla private server (warsong x12), so i helped him to unlock boxes. I regret it and i hope for you understanding. Unban this guy and may be others, which got ban, just for loot from their lockboxes.
