All Raid IDs got reset Sunday night!

Hello Nost Staff,

I'd like to report a problem regarding the Raid IDs from our guild <Murlocbrigade Silberwald>

All our Raid IDs (MC, Onyxia, BWL) got resetted Sunday night. Seems to have happend to all our Raidmembers and to our guild specificaly. Because we wanted to continue our BWL progress Tuesday evening we asked a GM about that problem.

Im sorry to have to say this. But I've never seen someone with such an unfriendly and arrogant attidue like the GM we contacted.
Instead of giving us some Information about said problem, he threatened us, that our whole guild would permanently get banned if we set one foot in any of those Raid Instances.

Even though I can understand that you don't recover our Loot after server rollbacks, despite being tracked via Screenshots, Videos and Realmplayers. (Happened several times till now, and never got our Loot back) I cannot understand that we're held back in our Raids and get threatened with permabans if we go BWL.

I hope we can get some help here on the forums.

It's an obvious major bug and abusing a major bug is E - Permanent ban.

Well what about me and my guild? We didn't kill any bosses on sunday cause of the disconnects, does that mean we are safe even though we killed bosses on monday?

Yes ofc, if you didn't kill any bosses since wednesday there should be no problem. Im talking about killing the same bosses twice this week.

An addition to the loot issue: we cannot anticipate a disconnect, so if the lootmaster loots it in the assumption of a coming disconnect there would be an redistrubution, because the items got looted by person x, but if he loots it in the assumption of a coming disconnect and the disconnect doesn't occur, the answer would be: your problem for not distributing the loot to the right person.

The point is: either way, we cannot get our loot. You guys gotta apply a rule where people actually have a chance to get their loot distributed. It works with other guilds, too, why not us? Maybe because we aren't flaming, spamming that hard about it? If that's the case, then something is seriously going wrong.

if you didnt kill any bosses on sunday you didn't even get saved to an ID then
