[Spider's Silk] Drop Rate way too high?

They are dropping CONSTANTLY at least from the Spider's in Duskwood and people are making tons of money by vendoring them. I thought they're supposed to have a very low drop %. I hope this won't break the economy.

The drop rate is supposed to be 10% ish. If you mean it's literally dropping constantly, then that's an issue. Breaking the economy might be a bit strong, but an issue nonetheless.

Spider's Silk was never really that rare. Dropping 50% of the time would be broken, but 1/4th or 1/5th might just be you getting slightly above average luck.
I believe drop rate should be about 15-20% on some of the lowbie spiders (lowbie spiders drop it more frequently than higher level ones usually)

Actually the drop rates for spider silk are very high. It was never a rare thing
