Character missing

Hello guys,sorry for bad english.
I dont play from april i think and now i want come back,but my char rogue lvl 12+ forget lvl,is missing,i dont have any chart,can any1 explain me what is this please?

Just reroll? Level 12 is a thing of ~3-4 hours.

i play 2-3 days i think,was on start and all was hard to find,and make me play few days,i think not reroll

I think yes reroll. GMs don't restore characters.
