Commander Gor'shak + The Rise of the Machines buged

2 quests got buged on me.

Commander Gor'shak:

So i did the prequest 'Disharmony of Flame', and still Galamav the Marksman does not give me quest 'Commander Gor'shak', which i need because reward is BiS ring for me.

The Rise of the Machines:

Last part in the chain, i collected all items for quest (Intact Elemental Core x 10 and Head of Argelmach), but i cant turn in the quest, the question mark is silver, as is quest is not done, but i have all it asks.

A lot of people are having problems with Commander Gor'shak. I don't know how to fix this one.

The Rise of the Machines: Abandon the quest and pick it up again. The items will remain in your bags. The quest should refresh when you pick the quest up again and be able to turn it in this time.
