I hope that I am contacting the right person for this. I do clearly understand your terms on account recovery but it also said this, We can't recover your account if someone else got your login information. However, there is a password recovery procedure if you forget your password. You need to PM an admin, and he will make sure that this account did not get hacked.

About 2 weeks ago I have yet been able to login to my account. I am the owner of this account and have access to the personal email address associated with it as I used my own to create it. Until now I was under the impression that every time I got this message, "This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts." that I was unable to recover it, but like I said, I just came across the part in the forums that says please PM an admin.

I have already taken the necessary steps in cleaning up my computer, resetting it to factory default and put a new and improved antivirus software on here to prevent this from ever happening again. I had no idea that private server accounts were so worthy to be hacked in the first place. Please let me know if my issue can or has been resolved. Thank you.

Now, I have already sent this to a GM on the forums as well as an Admin, both in a private message. I have yet to get a response. I have searched up "similar" problems on this forum and no one has yet to point out what it clearly states in the TOS agreement. Please, I am begging you for the sake of starting over, please at least contact me as soon as you can Admins. Thank you.

straight up, you're SoL if you get hacked, griefed, lose items due to a rollback. One of the many reasons ill never play seriously past 30.

You have the email associated with the account correct? You can reset it if it has not been logged onto in 10 days. If you did get hacked, you wont get your account back by contacting the gms. They do not assist in account recovery. Your account info is your responsibility.

actually what ur saying isnt right mate, u never have being under internet attack... u have no idea how awfull it is to feel tracked and feel afraid of personal data being stolen and having ur self remove data from 1 email to another because u may have banks and paypal or even e-wallet info in ur mail.

just the worse scenario to get ur mail tracked, i have fell a lot times victim in those sort of things its ridiculous what the other can do from distance to any computer u just cant imagine how scary, the most weird one is that with the camera.

All I want is for some person to help me in this situation whether it is a GM, Dev, Admin or whatever. I am really agitated that what is said in the ToS agreement is different than the online community forums. Please, if anyone can help me get my account back, that would be great. I will not start over from scratch.
