Question about item refund
Posted: Wed Oct 07, 2015 1:37 amIs it possible to restore items if DC occured while items were still in boss? Or this situation isn't included in ToU?
Item refunds
Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:
Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who received the item.
Per the Terms of Use, all of these conditions must be met before an item restoration is completed. If the items were not looted to a player, they cannot be restored.
