[BUG] Using dash while prowling

Dash does not increase speed while prowling. Sprint increases rogues speed while stealthed so I'm fairly sure this is a bug.

Yeah, you are right - it should work this way.

Finally got dash and did some testing by using the addon MonkeySpeed:

100% - regular running speed (Caster Form and untalented Cat Form)
130% - cat speed with Feline Swiftness
150% - dash speed (unaffected by Feline Swiftness)
78% - cat speed while prowling with Feline Swiftness (60% base + 18% through FS)
90% - dash while prowling (60% base + 30% through dash, not stacking with FS)

If it's correct that dash and Feline Swiftness aren't stacking (which should be the case afaik) dash seems NOT to be bugged - the movement speed increase while prowling is just hardly recognizable if you're spec'd into Feline Swiftness. Without Feline Swiftness the speed increase should be much more noticeable.
