Chatspam banned ?

haha this must be a mistake
i just logged into the game after the honor update
and i write something like " hello what is the materials for crusader enchant" BAM and im banned
i did only write it ONCE !
i know i am unbanned now but i just dont want a note on my account accursing me of spamming / breaking any rules

Unfortunately, there was a minor issue after the server restart which has since been fixed and all affected accounts has been unbanned.
