Password unchangeable

Dear Support and Community,

i tryed to change my password with .account password $oldpw $ newpw $newpw but it doesnt work.
The system says that my old pw is wrong. But i can login to the game and the account on the website.

Please help me

Please ensure that you're typing the command without the '$' variable symbol.

and remember not to chose a password above 15 characters
unless you want to lock yourself out of the account for 10 days
