Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I just finished some quest from the Dreadsteed Mount chain quests and was about to take the last part of its introductory line called "Imp Delivery". When I clicked on accept I just had the sound of taking the quest but it's not in the log (which was not full - 13/20). Quest mark disapeared from the mob as well and cannot even retake it . I deleted my catche folders and stiill nothing. I spent loads of goldz for this chain and I am not able to finish it now. Any idea how to solve this problem ? My ingame name is Keredun (Horde)

Also I tried to report this by ingame ticket but it seems like the Q bugs reports are not supported on that way. I don't know if there is any other option to get in touch with the support team than through this forum but I would really appreciate any form of contact from GM or somebody who can help me to solve this issue as I am unable to do anything as a player
