This is normal? Or bugged, or cheat

Before make screenshot, i'm toggle stealth mode. And i stay far from him.

Track Hidden. Unless you're talented, your stealth won't be good enough to avoid Track Hidden detection. Even with talents, druid stealth is inferior to Rogue stealth mechanics.
