Friend banned in duel along with an alliance (possibly)

Two people got banned accidentally for "cheating", if a GM could PM me I will gladly explain the step by step of what happened as I think it would be a terrible idea to publicly post.

Hello! I was one of the characters involved and my account says it is still banned. I'm not sure if the issue was resolved because my friend hasn't come back yet due to his time zone. We both fear for the 3rd player involved considering there was absolutely no way we could see this coming.
