Disconnects every 2 hours - Stable connection

Hello,
I've been experiencing some sudden disconnects for the past two days - each 2 hours I'd get a sudden screen freeze and disconnect. I've never had this problems before, connection is stable. Could this be server related?

Greetings,
make sure that you are not running any 3rd party programs that could interfere with your connection or an WOW addon that might cause the disconnect.

Thanks for the very fast response - the thing is I haven't installed any new addon since like april, and I have really so few of them. I don't run any other programs while playing besides skype and TS.
The disconnects happen in AB btw.

Does it only happen in AB?
There are multiple possibilities: a corrupted file in your installation that the game loads in AB causes an error that causes the disconnect. A program in your system going through auto-update that hangs your connection for few seconds. Overheating modem/router restarting itself. Your neighbor running a radio scanner interfering with the wireless connection.
If you can rule out the possibility of an addon (like Auctioneer when going over 50 auctions) or a third-party program causing, the cause is most likely at your end but discovering it can be quite tricky.

I've been playing on my alt for three hours (mostly AV) without any disconnects, so it might be that it only happens in AB or the disconnects have stopped completely.
I don't even have auctioneer, nor any third party programs so I can rule that out.
I'm going afk till tomorrow, so I'l try more AB tomorrow, if the disconnects continue I'l keep you posted, and take into account any of the possibillities you stated and more.

No more disconnects, so it must have been something wrong on my side. Thanks on the help.
