Chat Bug

Hello,
I am having issues with the chat on all of my accounts. I am unable to use /say, /yell, or talk in general, trade, or world chats. I have deleted the chat-cache.txt file on all of my characters and logged back in, only to be faced with the same issue. This bug is driving me bonkers, and I have no idea what to do. I would really appreciate any help.

I'm having the same problem. I'll be able to use chat a few times, then it stops working till I relog.

Same here, but got the bug on "that other server" too. So guess, it is not just a Nost problem

Yeah, it's very weird and I don't have a clue how to fix it. Leaving and then rejoining chat channels doesn't fix it. Nor does deleting the chat cache file.

Greetings,
we have a level limit on using chat channels. If you are under level 5, you are unable to use them. If you are over level 5, you have already deleted the chat cache and you've tried disabling your addons, and you still have this issue, please make an in-game ticket.

Try restarting your game client first though, sometimes the chat simply won't display what you said.
Restarting the client and relogging afterwards usually helps.

i think tho chat cap to speak in general channels or whispers should be at 20

Lvl is not the problem. When the bug is present, no channels can be used anymore (maybe just no messages displayed...don't know). Relog fixes that but can't see what's causing the bug.

so if u relog and are all fine then u are not under 5 lvl u mean....um yeah ur right...idk then something with files u have installed, or some addon maybe :/
