Bugged Innkeepers

Anyone else experiencing that the innkeepers won't let you change your homelocation? Whenever I talk to a innkeeper, I don't get the option to fix my hearthstone. What to do?

Every innkeeper I have spoken to. Seems like my char is broken.

There are addons that exist that interfere with setting your hearthstone. Please try turning off your addons then try again.
