I tried to respec my toon and it reset my pet talents and lost bite on my newly tamed pet (the rake) spent a long time waiting for him to spawn... hoping this can be reverted. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

have you checked your pet ability list? You should still have all the abilities that you've learned and can re-teach them to your pet.
