Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I am encountering the following problem: every time I log in I get stuck on the "Connected" window for 2-3 minutes, which is followed by a "Disconnected from the Server" window.

I have gone through all the trouble shooting tips including deleting the WDB and WTF folders and re-installing wow. I have made sure that the realm i'm logging into is Nostalrius Begins. I have also checked on the website and there is no indication that I was banned. In fact the time and IP address reflect that i'm logging in, but i never even get to my character lists.

Please Advise.

I've been having the same issue for the last hour or so. Before that I was able to login no problem. I even made another account to see if I was banned or not but I was able to login to new account without issue. HALP

Though I am not currently able to play Nostalrius due to my own issues logging in, your issue sounds like a connection timeout rather than something that would need actual work put into it. Silly question, but better to ask than assume, have you tried restarting your router and/or modem to reset your IP? This could be an easy fix, but it also might not be an issue on your end. Let us know when convenient.

Yes. I have reset router and IP as well as restarted every piece of hardware I have.

I am having this same issue. I think others are as well. 3rd post including mine I have seen. No answer on any of the threads. Hopefully something is done.

I am having this issue as well, I have gone through the troubleshooting posted on the forums with no success, restarted my router > no success. My account has no reason to be banned... It seems like more and more people are experiencing this problem.

This is happening to me as well. After selecting a server and attempting to connect, the game bounces me back to server select.
