Game runs minimized, boots me out to desktop when I click it

So as far as I know I've set everything up correctly. Got my realmlist edited, tried deleting WDB, restarted my computer...

When I click WoW.exe, it acts like it launches--my screen goes black for a second, but then it just goes back to my desktop with the WoW icon minimized on my toolbar. If I click this icon, my screen goes black and I hear what I assume to be the splash/login music, and then in about a second I'm back at my desktop with the game minimized. This cycle repeats each time I click the icon.

Any ideas? I tried searching the forums, but maybe I'm just bad at searching.

this sounds like an issue with either the PC drivers / settings or wow installation.
I would advice to reinstall WOW wit ha fresh new download and then try again.
